Dr Adele Leah

Adele is the founder and Director of ALL Together Architecture. Adele lives on the Kāpiti Coast with her husband Ben, and four children, Chara, Danielle, Ethan and Faith.

Adele is a qualified and registered UK Architect, with architectural experience in both the public and private sectors. Adele has previously worked on a range of small to medium-sized new build and refurbishment projects, including numerous residential projects.

Since 2015, Adele has been teaching in the Wellington School of Architecture at VUW. Adele has taught many subjects which include; building materials and construction, sustainable and regenerative design, and professional practice. Adele’s research interests include embodied energy analysis, healthy materials and participatory design processes. Adele is particularly interested in supported and community-focused housing, and is eager to be involved in the provision of healthy housing for those who are most in need.

Ella Kirby

Ella is the co-founder and Social Designer with ALL Together Architecture. Ella lives on the Kāpiti Coast and shares a neighbourhood with Adele and her beautiful whānau.

Ella has worked part-time in Youth & Community engagement for three years, helping to support ground-up projects and collaborative work between community members and organisations. Ella is interested in centring the design of spaces, systems and services around the people who they will serve, through co-design that has a sense of responsibility and integrity.
